PAYMENT OPTIONS

Erin Elizabeth Design Studio accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal payments. Note: PayPal payments are processed automatically when you submit your order. If you pay with a credit card, your payment will process once your order is shipped.
 

SALES TAX

Buyers in California will be subject to A 7.25% sales tax in accordance with state laws.
 

GIFT MESSAGE

If your order is a gift and you would like a message included to the recipient, type the message in the comments during checkout and I’ll handwrite it on a card for you.
 

SHIPPING + RETURNS

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All orders ship from Orange, California within 3-5 business days. Erin Elizabeth Design Studio currently only ships within the United States. Original paintings and prints are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size. Tracking information will be provided for every order.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. Original paintings and prints must be checked upon delivery. Please contact orders@erinelizabethdesignstudio.com within 7 days of delivery if you have any questions or concerns about the painting or print you received. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged, make sure to include photos of the damage in your email and I will work with you to fix the problem! Once your order has been delivered, we can no longer be held responsible for it.
